This story for today’s TMI Thursday comes from my boyfriend. Does he know I’m posting it? I certainly hope not. He told me this story about what happened to him a few weeks before we met and it cracked me up because really, who does this kind of thing? It was recently brought up in conversation Monday evening, so it resurfaces, making it the perfect talking topic of today . . .
It was a typical weekend evening. The boys and girls were down at the bar in the local town, partying until the night gave way. When you party that hard and that long, things tend to get . . . out of hand. This night was of no difference.
My boyfriend and his roommate lived about a mile and a half, give or take, outside of this said town. Once off the main road, you have to climb a steep, vivacious hill to get to their house, which is probably another quarter of a mile long. They had gotten in the habit of leaving the door unlocked because they were secluded from the rest of the townies and world in this little spot of heaven.
On this particular night, when the wind was just right and the stars were as bright as the moon, a girl that was partying a little too hard in town began to wonder where her object of lust and obsession was. She knew where he lived, so she decided to wander down the streets of town to find him . . .
She ventured the mile and a half to my boyfriend’s house, somehow stumbled her way all the way up this hill of theirs and entered their house, with no regard of knocking or acknowledgment that she was there.
She entered the first room she came to. She was drunk. Very drunk. And began to give a beejay to the man her heart desired. A half hour passed before the man she was going down on finally said, “Are you looking for [insert boyfriend's name here]?”, at which point she stopped, panicked and entered the room across the hall.
Yes, it was my boyfriend’s then roommate whom she had (or did he?) the pleasure of going down on, not her true object of obsession. But like I mentioned in the previous paragraph, she went across the hall into the other room. THIS EMBARRASSMENT DID NOT STOP HER.
She tried the same thing with my boyfriend, only apparently he didn’t want anything to do with it and pushed her off him and off the bed, sitting up and yelling, “WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!”.
After this instance, they began to lock the door again.
I think I would have done the same.
